2. Subscription Plans & Pricing

Our Services offer various subscription plans with clearly displayed pricing in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes. We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, UPI, net banking, and other supported payment methods.

Subscription plans may include monthly, quarterly, or annual billing cycles. The specific pricing and billing details are displayed at the time of purchase on each respective app or service.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the following methods:

Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
  • You will continue to have access to premium features until the subscription expires.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing period.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription or purchase.
  • Technical Failure: If the Service was unavailable or non-functional for an extended period due to issues on our end.
  • Unauthorized Transaction: If a transaction was made without your authorization (subject to verification).
  • Within Cooling-Off Period: Refund requests made within 7 days of the initial purchase, provided the Service has not been substantially used.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Digital content that has been consumed or downloaded (e.g., watched episodes, completed courses).
  • In-app purchases, virtual goods, or one-time digital purchases that have been delivered.
  • Subscriptions that have been active for more than 7 days from the purchase date.
  • Any service where the benefits have been substantially utilized.
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions, unless otherwise stated in the offer terms.

  2. Include your registered email address, app name, transaction ID, and reason for the refund.

  • Net banking refunds may take up to 7-10 business days.
